Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary professors, The Rev. Dr. Margaret Aymer, Professor of New Testament Studies, and The Rev. Dr. Carolyn Helsel, Assistant Professor of Homiletics, invite us to consider what the gospels actually say about the politics of Jesus and how the church has tried, and often failed, to live into Jesus's political vision for this God-beloved world.

Friday March 6 - 7:00 PM           Dr. Aymer - "Reading the Politics of Christ"

Saturday March 7 - 9:00 AM   Dr. Helsel - "Reading the Politics of Christians" followed by a panel discussion with Drs. Aymer & Helsel led by Rev. Dr. Rodger Nishioka, Senior Assoc. & Director of Adult Education at Village Church.
